Return & Refund Service
✅ Unshipped Orders:
Returns can be requested unconditionally. Please contact support@storedemoshoop.com to cancel your order. You can also log in to your account to cancel the order, and the payment will be automatically refunded.
✅ Shipped Orders:
Returns can be requested unconditionally within 30 days of purchase. The shipping fee may be waived for quality issues or incorrect items sent; otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping fees. Returned items must be free from human-caused damage affecting resale and should be in new or nearly new condition.
Return & Refund Service Will Not Be Provided If:
❎ Requested beyond 30 days of purchase.
❎ A product returned to us does not include all original accessories, attachments, packaging, or gifts from the original order.
❎ Damage is caused by improper installation, operation, or unauthorized use or modification.
Important Notes
- This return policy applies to direct end-user consumers who purchase from our website.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging. Gifts must also be returned.
- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or abnormal use are not eligible for refund or replacement.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees for non-quality-related returns.
- Customers are responsible for any damage or loss during shipping for non-quality-related returns.
- Items must be returned within 7 days after the initial return application.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 business days after we receive the returned items.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Processing may take up to 14 days, depending on your financial institution.
- Do not include non-Storedemoshoop items in your return package; we are not responsible for sending those back.
- The sender’s address on your package is NOT the return address. Use only the address on the return label we provide.
